Padworth Summer School is ran by the main-term Padworth College staff, meaning that our Summer School is led internally by staff who already know and love Padworth College. This provides an extra level of support and safety for students registered to Padworth Summer School.
Our qualified staff are a credit to Padworth Summer School. As well as their array of qualifications and experience in education and English language development, all of our staff are trained in Safeguarding and Child Protection procedures.

Administrator and Recruitment Co-ordinator – Katie Smith
Katie Smith joined Padworth College at the beginning of 2024 and works year-round at at the College, organising all activities, trips, modules and the schedule for our action-packed Summer School. Katie joins us with a wealth of experience in College Administration and has worked as a previous Matron at a large State School.

Director of Studies – Lewis Hutchinson (DELTA)
Lewis Hutchinson is the Padworth College, Head of Futures and Padworth Summer School, Director of Studies. He brings a wealth of knowledge after previously working as a Maths and Physics teacher, now focusing on our Pathway offerings and building key relationships with University and Business Partners.
