Mike has more than 17 years of experience in teaching and school leadership. He started his career at a comprehensive school in Rugby, before moving to Dubai in 2013, to pursue a teaching and boarding role at Repton School Dubai. Mike then moved to Harrow International School Beijing in 2016, taking up a position as Assistant Director of Student Wellbeing and Head of Boarding. Then in 2021, Mike took a founding role at Wycombe Abbey School in Nanjing as Deputy Head Pastoral.
Mike is a keen sportsman and fitness fanatic and enjoys skiing and snowboarding and going to the gym. As well as holding a BA (Hons) in Physical Education, Mike holds an MA in Applied Educational Leadership from UCL.
